That will give you some great clues to the specialist marquetry, gilt-bronze mounts, hidden drawers and mechanical devices. And the approximate dates, say 1750-80.<br /><br />Then ring Sotheby's, Christie's etc in your city and ask who would be the finest Roentgen scholar.
